I'm liking 3 - there's a whiff of Tinkerbell about her - and after all, Tinkerbell is a famously prickly fairy too.

I really like #1, but the overall style of all of them are very nice! :) For the body, sharp triangle shapes will make her more evil, rather than friendly looking circles :)
